It's important these days to have an online presence. I've found that as more and more people spend a lot of time each day working with computers, that it's only sensible to finally get involved.
Often it's not possible to take calls throughout the day as I'm the guy who's actually working on my customer's floor. I do however understand the importance of doing my best to return messages as soon as possible. I always endeavour to aim to return calls within 24hrs or less.
I don't cut corners...I'm a perfectionist and although perfection is unattainable, it's a worthy target to aim for!
